At the north end of the long Mont Choisy beach, towards Pointe aux Canonniers, the sand gives way to rocks and coral heads. It's less crowded than Trou aux Biches, and the fish life is good: angelfish, butterflyfish, damselfish and the occasional turtle.

Enter from the beach and stay close to the rocks, inside the lagoon.

  • Quieter than Trou aux Biches
  • Turtles sometimes
  • Free from the beach
