Bain Bœuf is a small public beach on the northern tip of the island, a few hundred metres from the red-roofed church of Cap Malheureux. The lagoon is calm and clear, and Coin de Mire rises straight in front of you.
A good swimming stop on a day in the north, and on the Pereybère → Cap Malheureux coastal walk.
