The other direction from the Le Morne public beach: instead of rounding the tip to the Kite Lagoon, walk north along the west side of the peninsula. The beach runs in front of the Dinarobin and then the Paradis Beachcomber hotels, with the turquoise lagoon on one side, the filaos and the mountain on the other, until it ends at the northern point of the peninsula, by the Paradis golf course, facing La Gaulette and the Chamarel hills.

About 3 km each way, flat, on soft white sand. Combine it with the walk to the Kite Lagoon for the whole peninsula (≈ 11 km there and back).

  • Le Morne Brabant above you
  • Two of the island’s most beautiful hotel beaches
  • The quiet northern tip of the peninsula
