Le Val is a nature park in a deep, green valley in the south-east, surrounded by forested mountains. Paths lead past ponds and watercress and anthurium beds, enclosures with deer, monkeys and giant prawns, and up into the valley.

A relaxed, inexpensive half-day, especially with children, on the way to or from the south-east.
